The year 2025 has concluded against a global economic backdrop characterized by significant volatility, driven by geopolitical shifts, the restructuring of global supply chains, and increasingly stringent requirements for sustainable development. These factors have presented considerable challenges for industrial enterprises in Vietnam. In response, CNCTech has remained steadfast in its commitment to building a green and smart industrial ecosystem. By aligning business growth with long-term sustainability, we continue to play a vital role in enhancing Vietnam’s competitiveness within the global manufacturing value chain.
Through the trusted partnership of our Shareholders and Partners, alongside the relentless dedication of our employees, the Group has maintained a positive growth trajectory. We have steadily fortified our position within the industrial supply chain while expanding our industrial land bank, diversifying our client portfolio, and enhancing our value-added services. The past year served as a pivotal preparatory phase, establishing a robust foundation for CNCTech to enter the 2026–2030 strategic cycle with a clear vision and a profound aspiration for further advancement.
As we commemorate our 18th anniversary, CNCTech has defined three strategic pillars that serve as the cornerstone of our long-term development: Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Solutions, and Logistics Services. Within the Manufacturing Technology pillar, CNCTech is continuously elevating its high-tech production and precision machining capabilities, engaging more deeply in the supply chains of the electronics, semiconductor, and technological equipment sectors. Simultaneously, through our Industrial Solutions pillar, the Group focuses on developing green, smart industrial parks with synchronized infrastructure that meets international standards, effectively catering to the sophisticated demands of global investors.
Complementing these efforts, our Logistics Services pillar—developed in collaboration with strategic partners—is building a modern, multi-modal logistics network to provide seamless support for manufacturing and international trade. By adopting an integrated mindset and leveraging the natural synergy between these three pillars, CNCTech is successfully cultivating a sustainable service ecosystem that offers a distinct and formidable competitive advantage in the marketplace.
The modern, green, and smart industrial parks and logistics centers developed by CNCTech continue to attract high-quality Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), creating significant growth momentum for the regions in which we operate. Flagship projects such as Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park, as well as our logistics hubs in Bac Giang and Phu Tho, are positioned as a new generation of industrial zones. These developments harmoniously integrate green infrastructure, international operational standards, and digital foundations, ensuring we are fully equipped to serve the evolving needs of global investors in the years to come.
Beginning in 2026, CNCTech has established a five-year strategic roadmap with core themes for each phase, serving as a compass for our governance and operations:
- 2026: FOUNDATION – Perfecting the governance framework, green industrial park standards, and digital infrastructure.
- 2027: CONNECTIVITY – Strengthening ties with customers, partners, and the industrial ecosystem while expanding international cooperation.
- 2028: EXPANSION – Scaling projects, products, and services throughout the entire ecosystem.
- 2029: ACCELERATION – Optimizing operations, accelerating growth, and enhancing resource efficiency.
- 2030: FULFILLMENT – Achieving the goal of becoming a leading group in green and smart industrial ecosystems.
The overarching message throughout our strategy is that growth is not to be pursued at all costs; rather, it must be anchored in innovation, technological foundations, and a profound responsibility toward the environment and the community. CNCTech remains steadfast in its commitment to developing green industrial parks and promoting the use of renewable energy, with a target of reaching 300 MW of solar power by 2030. We are simultaneously implementing circular wastewater treatment solutions and smart energy management systems. In parallel, the Group continues to elevate its governance standards by enhancing transparency, strengthening risk management, and ensuring strict compliance with ESG criteria, thereby building a resilient foundation for long-term prosperity.
