Starting as a manufacturer, CNCTech understands the need for a “Factory” that helps create value and create valuable products to serve human life, improving the quality of life for the community.
Since 2018, CNCTech has laid the foundation for building the Industrial and Logistics block with the goal of contributing to the creation of a green and smart industrial ecosystem in Vietnam through providing more than 16 services in three areas:
Investment in developing Industrial projects.
Industrial services.
Logistics with the same target customers.
All three areas of the Industrial and Logistics block are gradually creating a balanced triangular ecological operating model, developing synchronous mutual support to bring comprehensive services to investors in Vietnam.

With more than 600 hectares of industrial land, CNCTech is present in many key economic regions in both the North and South of Vietnam, typically: Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City and several other provinces.

CNCTech Ba Thien 1 is located on an area of 165.7 hectares in the center of Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc. CNCTech is developing CNCTech Ba Thien 1 in four phases, from 2022 to the end of 2025.
Strategically located, CNCTech Ba Thien 1 is just a 30-minute drive from Noi Bai Airport and 10 minutes from the ICD super port. Our location offers unparalleled convenience, along with excellent transport links to Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and other major industrial hubs in the North.

Strategically located in the golden economic triangle of Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh facilitates convenient connections to industrial parks and important logistics centers via National Highway 1A and National Highway 37.
Our customers
With abundant land fund and many large projects, flexible according to each customer’s needs, CNCTech has attracted a diverse international customer base, mainly from China (40%), Taiwan (23%), Vietnam (14%), Korea and Hong Kong (9%), and Malaysia (5%). These are all countries with developed industries, showing CNCTech’s attraction and reputation in the regional market.
