March is considered a month of convergence and aspiration at CNCTech, as the company focuses on many major events throughout the year, with the participation of member companies and affiliated companies throughout the system. In addition to regular reporting activities, this is an ideal time for networking, connecting, sharing experiences, meeting talented individuals, and passing on the fire of intellect and enthusiasm to all participating members.
On March 25th, 2023, as part of the series of events of CNCTech’s 2022 Conference, we organized a panel discussion “International Business Development in Manufacturing”, with guest speakers who are CEOs from customer companies and affiliated companies of CNCTech. The program was coordinated by Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice Chairman of CNCTech Group. Attendees included CEOs from various companies, as well as Plant Managers, Technical Department Heads, and Sales Department staff of CNCTech.

The guest speakers of the panel discussion include:
Hoang Huu Chung – CEO of Vinam Oil Tools Joint Stock Company, specializing in the production of equipment in the oil and gas industry.
Dao Anh Van – CEO of CNC-Vina Joint Stock Company, operating in automatic machine manufacturing and providing automation solutions, production lines, assembly, and automatic packaging.
Dang Thanh Nhan – CEO of SMC Technology Joint Stock Company, specializes in making metal frames and boxes for automatic devices.
Dai Takei – CEO of Caddi Vietnam, a company connecting manufacturers in the Asia-Pacific region with multinational companies worldwide.
The CEOs shared their real-life stories and those of their companies in exploring the market, pursuing goals, managing finances, and the skills and knowledge required for international business development.

Hoang Huu Chung, CEO of Vinam Oil Tools, shared his 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, cooperating with the Big Four – the top 4 largest oil and gas companies in the world, the conditions and challenges to becoming a supplier, and how he overcame them with the help of his team.
The success story in the sheet metal industry of Dang Thanh Nhan is truly inspiring. According to the CEO of SMCTech, it is necessary to leverage Vietnam’s competitive capabilities. Despite difficulties, Mr. Dang Thanh Nhan saw the opportunity to develop his business. He realized the potential of Vietnam as a production center.
Dao Anh Van, CEO of CNC-Vina, emphasized that ambition and seizing business opportunities are important factors for success. CNC-Vina has opened up to invite foreign partners to participate in projects to be able to implement larger projects, leverage the strengths of all parties involved, and thereby make breakthroughs in technology, engineering, and project scale. The company also boldly expands into mass production, beyond its traditional field of Automation.
One of CNCTech’s strategic partners, Dai Takei from Caddi Vietnam, expressed surprise at the rapid development of Vietnamese businesses. The CEO of Caddi Vietnam explained how Caddi supports manufacturing companies in their production process and equipment procurement, from small to large scale. He emphasized the need for strong commitment from partners.
During the conference, the CEOs stressed the importance of understanding their products, having strong communication skills, and being culturally aware when working with customers from different countries. CNCTech’s main customers currently come from the US and Japan. Consistently delivering high-quality products will be a key factor in ensuring the company’s success and growth in the future.
