HISTORY OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT
CNCTech’s development journey is a testament to the pioneering, innovative, and resilient spirit of young entrepreneurs who started from scratch.
From a group of young engineers passionate about technology, CNCTech has grown into a multi-sector industrial technology group in Vietnam.
2008

Founded by 7 young engineers graduating from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, initially named G7.
2010

Opened the first precision mechanical processing factory in Binh Duong province.
2013

Established the first joint venture with Japan in precision mechanical processing.
2015

Opened the first factory for mold making, plastic injection, and precision machining in Hanoi.
2017

Invested in rental factory projects in Da Nang and Vinh Phuc, owning 10 hectares of industrial land.
2018

- Started investment and M&A activities.
- M&A with VKX, a joint venture between VNPT and LG (Korea) in telecom electronics.
- Invested in VINAM Oil Tools, Vietnam’s No.1 oilfield equipment manufacturer.
- Invested in SMCTech, specializing in sheet metal fabrication.
2019

- Expanded into high-tech industries through investment projects in international-standard tech zones and M&A of tech ventures.
- Inaugurated CNCTech Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park.
- Became the first Vietnamese DDI company approved to invest in Sumitomo’s Thang Long Industrial Park.
- Invested in Sky Light Vietnam, a leading Hong Kong firm in cameras and digital imaging with cloud solutions.
- Invested in Mentech (China), specializing in 5G, telecom, and smart devices.
- Invested in Arts Group: dental tools, eyewear, lenses, optical protection products.
2020

- Continued aggressive investment and M&A.
- M&A with CNCVina – a leading Vietnamese automation company.
- M&A with Framas – German precision mold and plastic injection firm.
- M&A with VINECO – a VNPT and NEC (Japan) telecom electronics JV.
2021

- Defined two key areas: industrial technology and industrial infrastructure.
- Relocated industrial production HQ to CNCTech Thang Long, Vinh Phuc (3 ha), expanding large-scale precision machining and plastic molding.
- Expanded international marketing.
- Founded Pavana – CNCTech’s technology pillar and OEM/ODM pioneer in Vietnam.
- Established group HQ in Vinh Phuc – foundation for infrastructure development.
- Launched 2 bonded warehouse projects with VNPost (7.6 ha) per DB Schenker standards.
2022

- Strong investments in industrial infrastructure and deeper tech penetration.
- Launched CNCTech Ba Thien 1 project – 128 ha in Vinh Phuc (phase 1: CNCTech Global complex – 16 ha).
- Signed development partnerships with Fuchuan (Foxconn) and Accton Group.
- R&D partnership with MK Hi-tek for tech product development.
2023

- Industrial land exceeded 600 ha. Upgraded from secondary to primary investor status with rapid occupancy rates.
- Invested in multiple projects: Nam Binh Xuyen IP (300 ha), Bac Giang Int’l Logistics Center (66 ha), TACN TW assets (35+ ha), Hop Thinh cluster (47 ha), Thang Long 02 IP (10 ha).
- Filled 16 ha of CNCTech Ba Thien 1 in under a year.
- Launched Pavana’s passwordless Fido authentication camera at Fido APAC Summit 2023 in Vietnam.
- Celebrated 15th anniversary, awarded Third-class Labor Medal and Government Emulation Flag.
- Ranked in FAST500, PROFIT500, and VNR500 by Vietnam Report.
2024

- Ranked Top 10 fastest-growing enterprises in Vietnam (FAST500) by Vietnam Report.
- Pursuing sustainable development as a leader in the green, smart industrial ecosystem; strengthening corporate culture.
Industrial Technology:
- Operating 10 large-scale factories with 60,000+ m², 2,000+ employees, 250+ machining centers, 80+ injection machines, and capacity of 300 molds/year.
- Pavana launched tech solutions for transport, factories, schools, homes.
- Established CNCTech Japan and appointed reps in the US and Europe.
Industrial Infrastructure:
- 15 cumulative infrastructure projects with over 606 ha of land: Green Park IP (300 ha), Bac Giang Int’l Logistics Center (66 ha) and more.
- Launched CNCTech Industrial brand; strategic partnership with Sumitomo (Japan) to build sustainable and leading infrastructure solutions.
